Service Support System _SOS

The Service Support System (SOS) is an application supporting the cooperation between the Customer and the maintenance service. This application allows the Customer to report a failure in a device or system, and monitor the progress of maintenance operations through analyzing open and closed maintenance items, the type of repairs carried out by the service, and the times of implementation.

The application has been built under the client-server architecture, which allows for central management over the data and the work of many users at the same time.
