In NOVAMEDIA we design and develop a wide range of ICT devices and applications, carrying out many tasks from the area of public transport, starting from vehicle and stops equipment and ending with depots and server rooms.

NOVAMEDIA has one of Europe's largest portfolios of cutting-edge ICT equipment and applications, designed for underground, rail and tramway vehicles, trolleybuses, buses and stops.

In addition, we provide services in the production of equipment or its assemblies, such as mechanical structures, PCBs, specialised equipment wiring with the help of qualified experts and original state- off-the-art production facilities. Over the past few years, the remuneration in NOVAMEDIA was based on a model that did not live up to the top ones existing in the labour market. That is why the contracts we conclude today are based on a model with transparent remuneration principles, which gives the employee the opportunity to increase their monthly salary and, in addition, use the “NOVAMEDIA Extra Goods Programme". 

Extra Goods Programme

The Extra Goods Programme is non-pay benefits in the area of the Health, Comfort and Development of our Leaders and Employees.

The Adaptation Process to the Position

Adaptation to the position at NOVAMEDIA is a friendly process concerning the substance. Its purpose is to optimally prepare and accustom the new Leader/Employee to performing their tasks in a responsible and proper manner.

Areas of preparation and implementation are the handover of the tools necessary for work, familiarisation with the culture and organisation of the company, and, which is of particular importance to us, with the tools and methods of communication. And last but not least, the completion of a, usually internal, work-related training.
