In the Market Section we trade in products and services, as well as deal with implementations and customer service. Sales promotions of products and services on the market. We organise and ensure the supply of materials for the production of products, workplace equipment. We also negotiate the commercial terms of the NOVAMEDIA projects.
Sales, Marketing and Implementation in the SPD sections
SPD sells products and services, as well as dealing with: implementations and customer service; analysis of the domestic and foreign market in order to constantly optimise the offered assortment, territorial range and distribution channels for NOVAMEDIA products and services; planning budget for the department; creating short and long-term sales plans; the development of current and acquisition of new customers on the domestic and foreign market; promoting and spreading the knowledge among potential customers about
the used technologies and NOVAMEDIA products possibilities and their advantages over those offered by the market competition; sales of products and services on the market; analysis of market and product activities of competitors and reporting them; searching, acquiring and handling market inquiries; preparing and submitting offers on time, presenting valid factual aspects regarding the product concept, technical configuration and pricing; maintaining the required level of the offer value being in the phase of valid offers that have been submitted; maintaining the required level of financial value of offers in the offering process.
Project implementation and documentation are the responsibility of the Project Manager; the completion and preparation of the design and as-built project documentation; the installation and start- up of devices and communication buses on vehicles; the start-up and set-up of equipment applications with server applications built-in on the vehicles, the tests of functions and the preparation of handover solutions; technical transfer of the functions of the received products; the preparation and implementation, in the already delivered solutions, of new or improved functions.
Project implementation of by the ZP sections
The ZP section organises and is responsible for a qualitative and on-time closure of all project tasks, including those whose main goal is not to overspend the project budget, in particular the calculated project costs. It deals with assigning and supervising the project's tasks, including carrying out project tasks with the use of dedicated "tools". It also analyses the risks and threats of project objectives, i.e. quality and timeliness of tasks, by creating reports, organising internal and external meetings, for example about problem analysis and working out a solution to it. Effective and optimal, for a given project situation, human resource management in accordance with the approved "Project Model Structure".
Logistics within the sections of the LGS department
It manages the movement of goods in the warehouse, storage, securing production, and any other, materials received at the warehouse.
It ensures the planned supply of materials for the manufacturing of such products as assemblies or components of equipment in order to carry out the contracted projects within the time limit. If needed, it can provide equipment and consumables for the work station. It organises and performs customs clearance.
It delivers the products ordered with the use of own or commissioned transport. It ensures timely delivery of the products ordered, proper packaging and protection during the transport and storage at the Ordering Party’s site.
